In-Depth Coaching
More profound topics require more in depth exploration and when you really want to change behaviour requiring new neuronal pathways a program including multiple sessions is fitting. This program is appropriate when we want our brain to get off autopilot and change our old behavioural patterns to behaviour we desire; allowing sustainable changes.
Grief Coaching
During my coaching training I have specialized in grief coaching. The loss of my brother when I was 24 years old has had such a big impact on my life that I wanted to study how I could help other people deal with bereavement. My experience in handling my grief over the years, working through it with a professional and with peers have really brought me a lot of peace. My grief coaching is about exploring your grief in a safe, supportive environment, and helping you live with and move forward from your loss.

Grief can arise from a multitude of different types of loss experiences: death of a loved one, losses of relationships, jobs, identity, health, or a pet for instance. Also changes of life stages can be grieved or grief about a miscarriage, the inability to become pregnant, and other devastating experiences.

Grief can get layered over time, and if not entirely processed, it can show up as a multitude of challenges whose source may not be identified as the unresolved grief.

Whatever grief you may experience, together we will explore how your loss creates challenges in your life. I will offer space for you, to explore your feelings of loss and how they impact your life. I make use of evidence-based integrative and complementary health interventions to empower you to live more at ease with your loss and embrace your life.
