Grief Coaching
My grief coaching is about exploring your grief in a safe, supportive environment, and helping you live with and move forward from your loss. Grief can arise from a multitude of different types of loss experiences: death of a loved one, losses of relationships, jobs, identity, health, or a pet for instance. Grief can get layered over time, and if not entirely processed, it can show up as a multitude of challenges whose source may not be identified as the unresolved grief.
